We're a cycling group based from Leytonstone, East London. We ride for enjoyment and fitness.

We ride on Saturday mornings and cater for different types of rider: for those trying to pick up on their fitness, or those newer to road cycling, we offer shorter and more leisurely rides; for more regular cyclists we have longer and faster rides.

Saturday rides leave at 8:30am and go out into the Essex countryside. Longer rides range from 40 to 70 miles. More leisurely rides range from 25- 40 miles. We vary speed and distance to suit all standards.

We also organise all inclusive 'social rides' on the first Sunday of the month, (10:00am start), of shorter distance and to destinations of interest.

All rides include a coffee break.

The Cycling Ninjas of London are a light-hearted group of cyclists who love to get out and about on two wheels, but don't take themselves too seriously.

The aim of the group is to provide a range of cycle rides mostly around London and the surrounding counties, we also organise rides in other parts of the uk and often organise trips in Europe.

We offer rides for all levels of cyclist and will endeavour to keep the rides as safe as possible. We are also known for our cheap trips abroad with luxury accommodation.

We are a social bunch, so on most rides; during or at the end, there will be some sort of ‘extra leisure time’ where we’ll either stop for a coffee, drink or food.

We hope that you’ll partake! If you would like any more information or would just like to say hello, let us know of any interesting trips please feel free to send us a message!

Community Outdoor Group (COG) is a community cycling and bike maintenance project based at Higham Hill Hub in Walthamstow whose long term vision is to establish a cycling Hub for the borough which will run various cycling groups for the community for different ages and abilities.

We also have COG - The Link, which is our unique project that we run to engage those in the community who don’t normally have access to a bike… which is where our project and your input proves crucial. You will be taught bike maintenance skills and work towards repairing broken bikes donated to COG so that they can be put back into use by local children and other members of the community who otherwise wouldn’t have access to a bike.

*Please note that The Cycleway do not organise the events, we take part and support these groups when required.
